"THE SAFEST WAY TO BROWN OR SAUTE MEAT OR POULTRY- INSTEAD OF BROWNING
THE FOOD ON TOP OF THE STOVE IN A FRYING PAN FULL OF HOT OIL THAT COULD
SPATTER AND BURN YOU, USE THE FOLLOWING METHOD:
WITH CLEAN HANDS OR A PIECE OF PAPER TOWELLING, RUB A LITTLE OLIVE
OIL OR COOKING OIL OVER EACH PIECE OF MEAT OR CHICKEN. SEASON THE
